Copies of all assessments in a paper-pencil form to be used when the clinician wants a permanent record of the student responses, the clinician wants to observe the process and transfer the responses to the computer at a later time, or the clinician wants to use the information gathered on the self-tests and psychological tests as a determining factor before proceeding with the balance of the more detailed assessments
